You could probably trace a picture or part of a picture and apply this technique.

I'll bet other paint programs have that ability too

Well that looks pretty cool and not too difficult. I'll bet I could do that!

I need to open this new Photoshop more often so I can get used to the new interface. It's SO much different than my elements 5.0 was.
