Since the threads around here get so bombarded with a bit a bit of everything... ... I thought I'd make a new thread to start out the day. So... how are you? Are you having or did you have a nice day? A lousy day? A mediocre day?

Well I haven't been awake yet for all that long, so I'll let you know about mine as soon as I find out!

Hmm lets see, it's 32 minutes into the new day 12.32 midnight and it's lowsy because I want to be in bed but whats the point with these neighbours. Some good news the industrial place next to them is buying there block. Were a small buisness so really being the only house left in this part wont worry us, and on a Friday night it will be quiet, blisfully quiet!

Cool! So that means they'll have move out, won't it? It will be nice for you to finally get some piece, I imagine. I hate noisy neighbors!

Yes they will move out, the're renters. Some people say we should sell and move too, but I really don't want to. They (the industrial place) has offered us some money, but not nearly enough I don't think. Plus unlike most people I guess, I actually really like this spot. I mad apparantly because I would rather be surrounded by buisnesses then be surrounded by neighbours. I grew up without close neighbours and if if this is what there like having 3 or more would drive me loopy.

I know how you feel, Jo. Most times close neighbors suck. It's really hard to find a good one! We are lucky in the fact that our closest neighbors are quiet, but they don't take care of their yard at all. They let the grass grow knee high and have trash everywhere that eventually blows over into our yard, which we try to keep as nice as we can. They're also bums who are always coming over to borrow this or that. Once he used our phone and ended up making a long-distance call on it that, of course, WE had to pay for.

The world would be a better place if folks new how to act and treat each other better.

I actually have really nice neighbors beside me, an elderly couple on one side and paramedics on the other.

Beside the elderly couple though, their neighbors are horrible, always partying and they were even selling drugs at one time so it got quite busy there.

My day was pretty good, aside from having to wake up early, me no morning person.

Me either, but I have a exuberant newly turned 7 year old today who wanted to jump on our bed and open birthday presents at 6.30

Ah ha... I'll bet she did Jo!

We used to have some weird people living across the street from us who were drug dealers, we believe. They moved and now the house is an abandoned piece of junk..lol. A few months back, we saw on the news that the oldest son, who went to school with my girls, was murdered. Someone shot him and they believe it was a drug-related incident. Bad things happen to those who get into to hanging out with the wrong types of people... Bad thing is, is that he was a really polite kid.

About my day, since I said I'd get back to it...lol: It's now almost 5:30pm, but it still feels like morning to me because it's been dark, dreary, and damp outside all day. *sigh* Days like this always make me feel sleepy and groggy as if it were still early in the morning. I had one of those annoying headaches again earlier, so I took a nap instead of getting anything done. I have my game open right now in an attempt to get some more story work done.

Hopefully it will all fall into place over the next few days.

Oooh, my turn!

Today was pretty good, from an optamistic person's percpective! I did my theater try-out, which I didn't do too good. Then we watched a movie during second and third period. In fourth period I went to talk to the head theater lady. Then fifth period was boring. Lunch was bad, my other theater group kept arguing ! I fell asleep in Algebra, and have a butt-load of homework. Swimming was tons of fun! We did water polo! Girls vs. Boys! I was suppose to be the quarterback person, but I didn't do too well. Roby and Zach practically drowned me when I had the ball, and girls lost. After the game, I kept telling everyone that girls won just to have fun! ;D

I'd say that certainly is from an optimistic person's perspective, Sarie! It's nice that you can be so happy about a 'just okay' day! ;D

It's great to see ya girl! It's been sort of quiet here all day, as usual.

I've been dissapearing lately, just like everyone else!

I can't get on as much now, I'm getting busier and busier and busier! Tonight I'm going to hang with my neighbor (Haha, I have at least one good neighbor).

I can't remember if I've said this already, but my directly to the left neighbors are MEAN!! One time my sister was having a party and her friends were really hyper and one of her friends mooned them. Still makes me laugh!

That's okay Sarie. Not everyone can come in and post the place up every day. It's just good to know you can if you get the chance and feel like it.

Mooning, eh? How rude!
