I bought the Skeleton Key Stone from the Special Merchant, but it isn't working. Is there a trick to it?

I think it only works on some locks, the ones with that shape on them. I bought one too, for Nellie and I think she was able to use it somewhere, but I don't remember exactly.  |

It says you should be able to use for any shaped key I'll have to go google it i guess. Maybe Snooty Sims will have some info. edit: This is what I found out "The Skeleton Key won't work with Special Door. Skeleton Key only open door or treasure chest with Basic Keystone like Star, Crescent, Heart, etc." |
