Where can I find a pregnancy test for sims 3; I've searched high and low, and I keep finding the sims 2 one. Any idea?

I saw it on Kim's blog. I'll ask her where she got hers, but if all else fails, then maybe I can try this, photoshop it into the shot. The scene for this is still way too far away. I took this shot for Unforgettable, never got to use it. Now I know why I kept it |

The search for this still continues  I spent the whole morning searching, and still NOTHING. The next prompt depends on it, and the ones after that, so if I don't find it, Krisis will have to go on hiatus until someone decides to create one  I've sent a PM to the person who made the sims 2 one, hopefully she can convert it to sims 3  |

Can't you use the shot of the one above? I don't see how anyone would think it was an S2 shot, as it looks so realistic. (I'd use it, but that's just me...)
Also, what about Karima - I thought she was working on one from a pic?
