Yes Holley, you can go into CAS & create as many Sims as you want in an active neighbor hood, if you are adding/merging to an existing family, it does not disrupt anything,Jilly helped me with this & I now have a thriving hood & have added people in from CAS! This is now were I am playing the challenge from! Have Fun Holley!

Oh! I can't believe she's an elder!
As far as "hood" girls go, I really like Holly Alto and Kate Pistacio.
*If you go from the hood you want to add them to, you enter the family you're playing there, click edit town, hit the change household button, then go to CAS from there, it lets you add a household to the hood you're playing. If you want to add them to an existing household, just go to CAS after edit town, then select the new household, and click on an existing one. You should get the option to merge them.

I'll have to get back in my game to check her traits, but I believe she was pretty nice. I was going to hook her up with one of my simmies, but I've been playing the Simselves & the Grim Reaper family, so I haven't been back for awhile. There's a maid (not Kate Pistacio) that has good qualities, she's got blonde hair, but I can't remember her name. I tried to follow her home, but her car made a U-turn & disappeared!

That's because NPCs do not have real homes like the other sims. She has no home to be followed to.

I think I may turn off Story mode after all. It is so hard to tell what age everyone is. I don't want a potetial spouse to move in and turn elder on me.
The guy i was staking out for Mary turned elder and now I don't know what to do!

Yeah, unfortunately you can cheat to keep them the same age or older, but no way to make them younger anymore. Oh SimModder, I miss you so much! *sniff
