I wonder if the pregnancy has to be from 2 ghost parents, or a ghost and a sim. I'm trying ghost & sim first. I'm just too curious - I have to see what this will look like! Ghost grandparents helping out, huh? I've got to see this!
You go, SimTina! Get that hot cop! That's true that most of the good looking townies are "taken". Also, I have to look into this more, but it looks like you can only save 4 houses at a time. You're supposed to move some into the "library" (sim bin) but the game sounded like they might lose info if you didn't move them back. It was kind of confusing, so I'll have to go over it again before I start too many houses.

Marriages too, if I understand it right. I just don't know if it has to be to another ghost or if it will work with a ghost and a reg sim.

Oh man, that's crazy!  Ghosts are dead people, so that whole thing is just creepy to me...lol. Jill, there is a whole big picture thread at Maty that I went through last week. It showed pics of ghost babies who had one living parent. I think it's a percentage chance thing whether the baby will be a ghost or living sim. *cringe* To me, that is the creepiest thing of all... giving birth to a dead (ghost) baby!  |

...Wow...that's interesting Ugh! My uncle got me TS3 and Uni...just when I didn't want it anymore *head-desk* dang it, I'm kicking myself for putting that on the list and I think he probably got the one for Mac anyway! I have another boy, Benji, in my experiment family, and she's preggers again. I'm trying the tricks for girls, and multiple births to see if they work. I didn't do the fertility treatment, but I DID have them conceive at the science lab. I don't know what that might mean, but I guess we'll see, as she did conceive there! I'll pop some pics of Benji up when I get home tonight, since DH has my laptop & sims 2 tied up with backups, updates, defrags, and all those other boring things I hate to stop playing to do! I freaking love this game. I didn't want to. I really didn't. It takes a bit of a learning curve on adding families to the same hood, but once you get it, it's not bad.

Ok, no mult births with just the TV/radio tricks, so I guess if you want a houseful on the first try, you need the 10,000 pt aspiration fertility treatments for each parent. I did have a girl on the third try by feeding the mom non-stop watermelon. I don't know if that worked or it was just time for a girl, but here's the results: There's some pretty funny pics! Josh and Daddy reading together: (I like the way they changed this interaction - they cuddle while they read now)  Josh aging up:  Benji aging up: (this interaction I don't like - they don't toss the children up anymore, they lay them on the floor now.)  Mom playing with Benji: (one of my new fav interactions - they play with the toy together)  Time for a girl! (I love Brenda's face!) 3 so far. They're my test family, and I was hoping to use them to spread good genes throught Sunset Valley, but those last 2 look a little evil. I may still try for triplets with them, now that the kids are getting old enough to help! I'm just using all the tips I'm reading on them to see if they work, plus just using them to learn the gameplay in general.
They DO have a possible personality trait of being evil, insane, and a few other good ones I'm thinking of trying. Depending on how smoothly the pregnancy goes, you get to pick some of the baby's traits. I sent mom to the spa for an expensive massage for this last one, and when Audrey came, I got to pick both of her baby traits. For the boys, I only got to pick one each. If they learn all their toddler skills well, you get to pick another when they age up.
