I was thinking of taking a vote. Which sims do you think deserve to die in the 'Mobacy lottery" Should or is it possible to use nannies? Who is your favorite NPC or townie to take the fall? Or maybe even a Maxis playable? I don't mind extracting and cloning, so if you would like to see Don meet grim come and put his name down.

I just answered this at SWG!

I said that any of those original townies with bad fashion sense would be good candidates. I can't really remember all their names right now, but Goopy fits into that category. I think one of their names is Ken...somebody or other...lol. Not too crazy about that fool that runs around in the kilt either.

I think Goopy is in the kilt. His is the only name I could think of, too! If you want to turn it into a "turf war", you could always off a Goth. Then the families could war.

I didn't vote for Goops, his is just one of the few I know by name! I'll have to think about it.

Well really I am after those that deserve it which is why Don came to mind. I'm sure Holley won't be voting for him though!

Is there a reason the Mobacy's want to kill this sim, or is it going to be a random thing? With DOn, coming up with a reason is super-easy...he just has to hit on one of the wives!

There is going to be 3 events this time with the third being the "Mobacy Lottery" Each heir gets to pick from the chosen lucky bunch a sim to go into there enclosure. They are choosing who they think will die the quickest. I'll probably use the run with scissors play set as I believe they are drawn to it?
They lucky sim is left to do as they like. My hopes is they will start running with the scissors. So if the sim Tony picks dies first he gets the point, or visa versa to Salvatore.

That's the idea, what do you think?

Have you tried that run with scissors playset lately? I did not long ago and it doesn't work anymore for me. The sim will pick them up and then put them right back down again. I'm thinking one of the expansion may have broken it or something.

Oh I hope not. Actually I've never tried it. *sheepish* I've had it for a year or more though. I only just got over my dislike of killing off sims, I guess because I can clone and resurrect them at will now. Plus I have gotten very sick and tired of seeing those same old sims in every hood. I thought it might spice the challenge up.

If I were you, I'd give it a try on a sim before you actually plan it all out to see if it works. You can use it on anyone and just exit without saving if it works and kills the sim...lol Actually, I think you have to tell the sim to run with the scissors, and that it doesn't happen autonomously.

Well if I have to tell them that won't be hard. i have the control this sim hack on now to fix up that DEBUG super hug. I only have to have a playble sim click on any sim and 'control this sim' is on their pie menu. I guess I can get rid of the mind control mirror.
If they don't pick them up and run with it autonomously I should be able to set it while it's paused and let it run. If it doesn't work at all I'll have to fall back on the fire jar I guess. Just that I didn't really want Tony or Sal to initiate it. I have a deadly tarantula I could use, except I don't think it is quick. It works more like food poisoning.

Jo, I guess Daniel Pleasant because he's a rat who cheats on his wife with the slutty maid, even though he has family he should be taking care of instead...
