OK. For the last three weeks I was supposed to work on my legacy, and the Strangers thing...
But I can't bring myself to do it! I can't play sims 2 because I've lost interest in the game, and I'm kinda depressed over sims 3. The other day I got as far as the welcome screen and that was it, I exited!!!
I think I should be concerned?!?

Aw Pixx! Maybe take a little break from the games? I can't wait to read your legacy/story!

Well, I hope it doesn't last Pixx. I look forward to your Strangers challenge. I've had a few times where I haven't played sims for a few months at a time, but so far I've always returned to it. In fact, I think I'm hitting another one of those. I haven't turned it on in a few days. But maybe after this diet that my mom put me on is over, I'll feel like playing again. I even started working on writing the next part to my WYDC and can't manage to build up enough zeal for it to continue writing let alone playing. I hope what you're going through with not wanting to play it is just a phase Pixx and not of any concern.

Well Pixx... I have had times when I've totally lost interest in the game, but I've always gotten my groove back on and fired it up again. Hopefully this is the case with you as well. *crosses fingers* I, too, am looking forward to seeing what 'Strangers' is all about!
I know the thing with TS3 is frustrating for you. It would be for me too. *HUGE HUG* But... didn't you also get some new expansions for TS2? Did you install those? Usually new expansions get my interest back up again. Maybe you should try to focus on that (the good stuff) instead of dwelling on the bad.
One day, you will have a new computer on which to play TS3 and all will be right with the world again. Just hang in there, girl!

I would take a break Pixx. I often get bored and take a break. I haven't played mine in a couple of days now. I fired up one of my ancient games Alpha-centori instead. Sometimes starting another challenge or a new business gets me interested again.

It happens to all of us. When you're ready, you'll go back to it. I find I play less in the summer, because I have more to do in RL. Also, when I need to get back to work on a story, sometimes just writing out what I want to happen gets me in the mood to fire the game up. Don't push yourself. It'll happen when you're ready.
