Simself Mania-OWBC

Jo suggested that I could post this here.

I just started an OWBC (Officially Wacky Boolprop Challenge) and am doing a mini-challenge part with it called Simself Mania. With regards to that, I'm looking for more simselves to add.

So, if you think you can stand watching your simself be involved in this, especially being possibly married into the family line, I'd love to know. You can read what I have posted so far, which isn't much, here.

Awesom Sue! I'll have to get over there and read it soon. In the links forum, there is a thread with quite a few Simselves from Desirable Discourses posted. You are most definitely welcome to use mine if you want. Also, we'd love it if you'd post a link to your simself there as well as a picture of her.

The BEST place for you to post a link your simself challenge story is in its own thread in this forum. That way, no one will miss it. I've gotten behind on my story reading, as well as writing, lately, but I am definitely looking forward to reading yours! ;D

Lynda: "Now don't be shy around here! Speak your mind!" I wish! I'm ridiculously shy, but I do try my best not to be quite so shy as I really am in RL. My parents always are mad at me for being shy they always say how 'depressed' it makes them and how 'disappointed' they are about it. Well, guess what? They were both shy when they were younger too. And I remind them of that when they tell me it makes them sad/depressed/disappointed, etc - Which doesn't go over very well.

Gee they should realize how depressed their comments must make you feel, ugg. You get less shy as you get older, especially once you have kids. I was very shy as a kid. I'm still pretty quiet in RL. Lol you get my other side online. ;D

Really Jo. I can? lol .I think I already got that impression, but it's nice for you to let me know that your simself can be used.

They know how I feel about their conversations about it, but that doesn't seem to stop them from making comments that are a bit much to take at times. They just tend to be pestimistic.

Hey Sue... I was SO SHY when I was younger that it was pitiful! Now I will talk to anyone... even a snake if I figure it won't bite me! You'll like grow out of it when you realize that people won't bite you just for talking to them. It sure is WAY easier to not be shy online than it is in person, isn't it?

Your sims are in my game now. Now if I can just track down this bad download I seemed to have gotten sometime in the past week or so, I might actually get back to playing some more.

Oh, it's definitely easier to not be so shy online. I just don't get the same fears and mental images of things like being wacked across the head for saying stupid things, or whatever else my mind decides to bring around. I wasn't always shy, apparently when I was about 3, I suddenly became so shy I hid behind chairs when just around my family!

Cool! I love seeing 'myself' in other people's stories...lol It's pretty cool. Bad downloads suck. Unless you're organized and know when the trouble started, it's a pain to track it down.

I need to get back into my simself house and play it some more soon. I'm glad those girls can't do anything while I'm not watching. They'd likely wreak all sorts of havoc!

I just found it! The bad download it is. I can't get rid of it though, I need it. I'll just have to live with the issue, I can do that.

You like to see 'yourself' in game? I'm sure most do, apparently not all do in my experience.
I've yet to see 'myself' in anyone's game, but I know I'd love to see her somewhere, sometime. If/when it happens. I'll have to patiently wait.
