Sometimes mine do to!
I just highlight them, and then add to S3. Then while they are still highlighted I delete them, so I don't have double files. I also keep the Rar or Zip, and put them all in Mediafire! Then I delete them to, so I don't carry them around, and rack up G's on my hard drive!
The Merlin lets you organize all your files into seperate folders, and it also lets you download both package files, and files that you are suppose to download only through the launcher! And the plus is you get to see pics of all the downloads that you have in your game in a flash! You don't have to wait for that stupid launcher to load up, and for mine it takes about 15 min. The Merlin takes about 2 Min. ;D I like that!!! ;D
