alright, who can help me out here?... I clicked my lil camera button once I finished one version of my challenge... in fact, I clicked it a lot... so, where did the pictures I took go? I have never taken any pics before. I did my first object recolor too... but when I pan out it looks just like the original. It's only when you go in close that the recolor shows up. I edited the texture file in PSE... and this is what I did pretty much... I copied the original file, and made the changes to the colors. Should I have added masks between the colors to keep the original colors from bleeding through like that? Any photoshop pros have an answer for me? ^^... inquiring minds want to know!!! ... does anyone else thinks this smiley looks a little off?... if I were to pick the description I'd say it was illustrating kissing a$$... or perhaps it's just me who is a little off

@ the smiley comment! hehe... sorry, but as far as kissing smileys go, that's the one I liked best for that spot so far, although I do have my eyes open for a different one. I'm also sorry to say that on the subject of recoloring, I am completely and totally clueless. I've never so much as tried to even recolor an article of clothing for the game. My photoshop expertise stops at photo editing. The only thing I've used it for is to edit photos for my stories, etc. Pictures that you take inside the game go into your storytelling folder. In order to access them from inside the game, you have to click on the little icon that looks like a book and it will take you to the story editor. There you will see the pictures you took from inside the lot you were on. If you click on the + sign, you will see all the pics you've taken in the game. EDIT: Oops, I meant to say the modthesims2 is a good place to search for answers on your recolor issue. They have TONS of tutorials over there that cover just about everything.
