In my travels, I have discovered that something is screwing up my Manor Dining table or whatever the full name is called. It's that long glass one that came with the base game. For some reason, a cc table, I believe, has messed with its 'footprint' and is making it act like a two-tiled table instead of three. I took out a few things and so far it looks like the culprit is somewhere in one of the lots from Lynda's Rock My World Challenge. I haven't discovered exactly which item is causing it yet, but I will let you know when I have it narrowed down. I thought I'd put this out there for anyone else who may be having the same issue. EDIT: Okay, I found it! The problem is being caused by Finish Dining Table by Kate at Parsimonious. I took it out of my game and now my Manor Dining Table works correctly again. It is on Karima's Rock My World challenge lot. Kate's table is nice, but I like the EAxis one better, so... bye-bye Finish Dining Table!

;)I love that table Tina, & was having the same problems, & if I had seen this earlier I would of said so,as it annoyed the hell out of me,of course, I do not have the other table anymore, so the problem has disappeared( with a lot of other annoying problems!) so glad that was sorted, as I did not know what was causing it(table) to not work properly in the first place! sorry Tina,it is one of those things that the original creator of the CC needs to look at!

Yep. It sure is Karima. I don't know why it happens sometimes with cc. I guess something goes wrong in the cloning process. This problem was easy for me to find because I sort of suspected it was that table doing it because it was right next to the Manor table in the catalog, was the same size, and the same price. I figured it was cloned from the manor table. Then all I had to do was find it in my downloads and disable it. After that, my manor table was working again. I thought it would be a good idea to post the info here for anyone else who discovers their manor table isn't working like it's supposed too anymore.

You'll get it if you download Kate's dining table...lol. You could have glitches that you haven't noticed yet. I've had that borked tabled in my game since I downloaded Karima's lot during the Rock My World Challenge, but I just noticed today because I never tried to use the manor table since then... until today. If I had not tried to use it or played a house with it already there, I still would not know anything was wrong.

the only glitch i have ever had(on my ancient computer i got rid of ages ago) was when while i am playing, the screen would turn all different colored stripes acrossed my screen. It would turn back to normal but my game will still play while this glitch happens,i just couldn't see the controls of my game while this happened.I don't know if it was my computer or the game.It might be the computer because i was working on my story and my computer blew up on me right in the middle of my story. It sucked. That was the end of my computer but......i have a shiney black dell who works way more faster and better then my dinasour computer! I probably spelt dinasour wrong....

???Hailey usually that is your graphic card or (less likely, your monitor) & most likely the down fall of your old PC, I know a little about it! as I custom built my own PC, which impressed my new Tec! A female knowing anything about computers!lol!it's my sons fault he builds computers, & is doing a course on IT,So don't tell anyone as your old PC only needed a new graphics card to work again(don't take that as Gospel truth as I would have to see your PC with my own eyes to say that 100%!)at least you got a shiny new PC !

Yep, that does sound like a graphics card issue.

Yeah.My old PC was crap anyway. Not only the graphics card was screwed on every game i had on there,it was slow, crashed on me tons, and oh,was zapped my lightning three times! Yep,it's possible that a computer can be zapped three times by lightning and survive because my old PC survived through it.Don't ask how it did because i have no idea! Oh,and on my old PC, there was hardly ever any space for my sims games on there.I had to wait for my new PC to download all the other EPs and SPs that i haven't played in ages! Well,i can't complain because my old PC was good.I always looked on the brightside of things. It survived ten years which is really long for a compuer to survive.
Other besides that glitch i haven't had any weird glitches. If i did,it's the computers fault, not my game!
