Fact: Downloading and installing lots with families WILL seriously bork your hood eventually by dumping shredded character files into your game that leave dangling SWAFs (Sim Wants and Fears) that can be assigned to sims that shouldn't have them like toddlers getting adult wants and aspirations.
Fact: moving sims between hoods causes the same as above.

Fact: Deleting sims in the simbin will also cause the above.
