I don't have AL, so that's out.
After I deleted her, she was still waving her hands and doing the exact same thing... except in a different spot.

Are you sure you SAVED after you deleted her? I have NEVER seen a sim still standing around anywhere but outside near the mail box after being deleting if you save and then exit the lot...

Okay, never mind. I just got rid of the family and made a new one.

I had this problem when I moved the Snidely's into their new home. The "delete the sim" trick didn't work, and then the whole family froze up. The game kept moving, and they would shuffle around like they were bored, but they couldn't change position or follow directions. Neighbors came to visit, and they were fine, but my family sims wouldn't budge, except to do that twitching thing, like they're waiting for you to tell them what to do. I had to use the move family out tool, put them in the sim bin, bulldoze the house, then put it back in the game. Then when I moved the Snidely's back in, everything was fine. It wasn't Tina's sims or lot, but my buggy, glitchy game. I never had that happen until I loaded AL, and I haven't patched AL yet, so maybe that's it? Anyway, they're all fine now. It's happened with a couple of my other lots, (non-Tina lots) recently, and this is the only thing that's worked to save my simmies. How'd I miss this? I need to rest my eyes more! Well thank goodness it wasn't my lot! I was worried when I fist started reading that! I am glad you got sorted though... I'm sorry you had to that Sarie. I've never seen anything like that happen though. I wonder if JM Pescado's lot debugger would have fixed that? It has a reset option on it. But the deleting thing resets them too and if that didn't work... who knows?
