LOL... you're missing the point here. I did NOT put that hair on Tom. Once I had that hair in my game, it AUTOMATICALLY was ON Tom, so, to me, that means it IS the hair on the sim from the exchange. It certainly looks exactly the same to me.    The angles of the pics and the tilt of their heads are slightly different in each picture, but if it is different, it is such a subtle difference that it shouldn't matter.It sure isn't anything to fret and run all over the place to find out over...lol. The Tom in the white shirt has his head slightly tilted to the side, which would make look like the hair is hanging lower on his neck. Too bad I don't have that same shirt on him, so that we tell a bit better. But, if it is not the exact hair the sim had, why would it just magically show up on Tom in my game. Well, now I have a double post that looks ridiculous because I was replying to Karima and she must have deleted her post...lol Karima, why'd ya do that, Woman?  |

I am thrilled with Tom's hair and can't wait to see it in my game! I had some problems with it this weekend. It played fine, but it took almost an hour to save. Weird, huh? I haven't been in there since.
I grabbed some from the Peggyzone link you gave me too, Karima! Stupid donation hair! I keep forgetting about the booty. Those look just like the ones on my wish list. I haven't been to the Booty site since Sims 2 - is there a new link?

The booty is full of TS3 stuff, Jill! Almost all of Peggy's Donation stuff is there too. I grabbed a ton of of it over the past few days!  It's the same link, but a link to TS3 stuff has been added. Just follow that to the loot. The cool thing is that Peggy's stuff has pics, so you can see what you're getting before you download it. There's some good stuff from Rose on there too. That's weird about that save problem. The same thing happened to me yesterday. I hit save and then went away for awhile. When I came back, it was STILL saving! I didn't wait. I just exited out and had to start all over again from my last save, which sucked.  I also got some sort of weird save error today, in which it would't save. Also, I noticed buy/build mode had gone all black.  |

Def agree with you there Holley! Sounds too good to be true...after that error code 5 stunt EA pulled on us, I don't trust them one bit...that error code 5 traumatised me big time  |

I found that hair and downloaded it yesterday because I like it, but... that still isn't Tom's hair. I was all over Savio's page last night with no sign of Tom's hair. Thanks for posting that link, though. I'm sure some others will enjoy those hairs too.  This is very nice hair, for sure! Hmm, looks like I missed a few things in my search last night! EDIT: Hey, check it out! That last one IS Tom's hair! I put Tom in my game yesterday to have a look and he had some dorky buzz cut. After I installed the above hair and went to look, here is Tom:  Darned good-looking sim, he is! Although, either something sent wonky, or he also has a custom beard, because it's different in my game. His stubble is thicker too, but... he's still pretty hot. I put a different outfit on him too because he had a dorky one on in the bin. Thanks so much, Lynda, for helping find that hair! ;D the one I meant was the flicked hair,(first pic,in this post!) thanks Tina, & I am so sorry about the mix up! |

Have you updated yet? I haven't. I'm hoping that the new stuff will straighten out my save issue. The game played just fine. It went into CAS fine, it was only when saving in Edit Town, and then saving & quitting. I might sneak in there tonight, but I SHOULD be writing my neice's book! (Bad Aunt! Bad Aunt!)

Well, it may have just been a glitch like mine obviously was. I played after my save issue and it was just fine. I haven't updated yet because I forgot about that new patch that came out when World Adventures was released. I'm going to have to go to Maty and see if they're saying anything about it and if it's a bad thing or not first...lol EDIT: Wow, that is a LONG list of fixes!  |
