It looks more like a glitch than a graphics card issue to me.

Mine do that from certain angles at the block table, too. Actually, it's their eyes and their bottom jaw. They look like Jim Carrey in "The Mask" when he drops his bottom jaw and his eyes bug out! And it's only once in a while, not all the time. Too funny, though!

Oh man, maybe that's one reason I haven't been in such a huge hurry to have babies in this game. They look like something from outerspace when that happens!
