So how do we do that? Everything has to be via this download manager then? What do we do, just click unblock and it goes to where it should?

Hey Jo, once you've downloaded the stuff Maty, it's downloaded and doesn't use the dl manager at that point. There is one BIG file in first post in the store thread at Maty. Just download it and save it to your desktop. It's big so it may take a while to download.
Once it's finished, extract it to your desktop. Inside, you will folders with all the stuff inside. Then just double click on each one and it will install via the launcher. It takes a while because you have to do them one by one, but it's worth it to have a few extra things in the game.
