Ephemeral is a companion piece to Fallen, it explains the Vampires' storyline, and it centers around Ivan, Arianna and Ralph and how their lives are changed by a mortal woman, Riley.. It would make much more sense to read it before starting with Fallen, but I have included it as a bonus chapter in Fallen.



A brief synopsis...
A chance encounter in a local bar throws Ivan and Riley together. Against his clan's warnings, Ivan, a 192 year old vampire, crosses lines he knows he shouldn't when he actively pursues Riley, a mortal with too much baggage from an abusive marriage and a wounded past...
