Yes it does! It pretty much stands to reason though that if you have more than one hack which affects the same thing, then it is likely one of those that is causing the problem.  |

luckily I found the evil one and I can live without it. I couldn't live without the outerwear one. Gosh maxis original outerwears are boring

I think I have more hacks than I realize. I got the outerwear one, too. How stupid to give them fur coats, and only let them wear it inside. So very EA. I don't have a homework one, but I had my little Delphi getting a solid D- in school. She was doing her homework every night, asked for help, went to school in a platinum mood, and every day I'd get the social worker message & her grade stayed the same. I found someone on the bbs who taught me that if I use the hammer tool to delete the homework, the grades would go up. It worked like a charm, so I never needed a hack. If you're havng problems with a homework hack, you could try taking them all out & using the hammer.

Jilly... I'll almost guarantee that you have way more hacks than you think. You'll keep getting them too if you don't start using clean installer to install packaged lots.  My folders are so neatly organized that it isn't terribly hard me to find an offending hack. I got rid of the one in question and all is fine now. Dizzy's hack and TwoJeff's were not playing well together, I expect. Either that, or there was something about dizzy's that made it screwy with apartments even though it was updated for AL. Maybe it needs tweaked or something.  Ah well, I'm good to go now! |

Yeah I'm just here in this thread to say I'm having Louis withdrawals... ::twitch:: I got this one hack once, a giant face to put on the house so I could scare away visitors, hehe. Also got a soda machine hack but I didn't like it. What I'd REALLY like to find is the soda machine from TS1... my sims would get a soda, and sort of rock up on their toes and then their heels. Come to think of it, I miss MY sims. Computer just got sent away for the second time... THIS time it's because #2 son pulled off all the keys.  |

Hey, get this! So... I fired up my game to go ahead and snap a few screenies, etc for the next chapter. I start looking around for my posing hacks because those are a necessary part of my screenshots technique. My posing hacks are gone!  I'm sitting here scratching my head in puzzlement. Then I remember something vitally pertinent to the case.... My hacks are sitting on my destop because I took them out to package a lot yesterday!  Duh! No wonder I couldn't see them in the game! *slaps self in head* Man, I can be so stupidly forgetful sometimes. The real bummer is that now I've lost my mood and desire to go back and try again right now. |
