Later this week I'm taking a road trip to Texas.....The old computer is having a very strange graphics problem since I built it..I have had a buddy working on it for a month,and we cannot figure it out..He has also had the head technician for ATI working on it too..We have failed all possible attempts... This leaves my computer useless for what it was built for,Flight Simming......The monitor ripples in both my flight sims for some reason... I'm taking it to Ted,of the Ted Says fame to look it over....He is a computer Guru,builds them for a living,tests systems for Microsoft,and does benchmarking for companies of all the newest hardware...So hopefully Ted can come up with a fix....This problem has never been seen before by anyone...Its driving us crazy.... Its going to be a fast trip...Two days down,two days there,two days back.........Nonstop all the way..but I hope to come back with the problem resolved..Its driving me INSANE.......LOL  Wish me luck...  |

I hear they have giant armadillos there that knock over beer trucks & steal the contents. (it may only be Alamo beer, but I can't back that up.) If anyone looks at you suspiciously, blame the giant armadillo.

OMG Jilly... that's hilarious! ;D Thanks Jo!  We're not going until after next weekend though. Poor hubby just can't get his computer to play his silly flight simming game flawlessly.

I wonder if there's any giant cacti where we're going? I've only been to Texas once and it was only a drive through the panhandle on the way to California. |

Don't be silly! Giant cacti can't knock over a beer truck! How silly is THAT? It was the armadillo's, I tell you. Big as a house. Roll into a giant ball. A giant, armor-plated ball. Reach top speeds of 85 mph. Those beer trucks have no chance. Giant cacti. What an imagination! Lol! |

I had a whale sit next to me in a bar once. Tried to get me to buy him a drink. Claimed he forgot his wallet in his other pants. Whales are SUCH mooches.
