I'm getting scared as to what you are forking out over this Tina, maybe you should ask us to cover costs or make a donation or something.
That is sounding larger then what I imagined. I guess they keep it behind the counter and will leave a card in the box if need be.

Well, when I send them out, I am going to make a thread about it and tell everyone that if they feel like sending me a nice Christmas card with a donation of whatever they feel it's worth, it won't make me cry...lol.  Don't worry, Jo. I may not enjoy spending all this money, but it isn't going to put a 'real' strain on our finances. If it were, I'd definitely ask for contributions. At this point, if I asked everyone who is getting a calendar for ten dollars apiece, it would cover somewhere around half what it's cost me so far. I have never done a project like this, so I had no experience or clue of what would be involved, but I am having fun doing it. It's exciting seeing the near-finished project popping out of the printer, all nice and pretty. ;D I can hardly wait to get them all done and see what they look like when they are all nicely spiral bound and done!  |

 I do not own a credit card or a pal account as I tend to be one off those people who will go on a spending spree if I feel depressed,in this the Sims have helped as I go on a CC spree instead , so I will have to snail mail you a money order! tell me were to send it & i will post it! Days like that totally suck! I went out yesterday to get supplies for a Christmas project I hope to be working on today. DH wants to go to the computer store, so I'm riding along to get stocking stuffers...flash drives, sd cards, etc.

I know the weather was not that good, but I do hope you got those Calenders finished for Jilly's sake, you can't leave her out side in bad weather, besides her letter box, calling out,'Here hotties, here hotties' her neighbors will have her committed!

Hey, I've had fun doing it, Holley! It cost more than I expected it would, but it was totally worth it. ;D Next year, contributions to help with the cost will be necessary if we do it again...lol. But I hope we do it, because I did have a blast and was forced to learn a few new things during process. It was cool! ;D |

Ahh Tina, sorry about the costs you've incurred and if I can make a contribution I'll definitely make one. I think we should have a DD calender next year also and hopefully paypal will be up and running in SA so I can contribute  My sims might not make it to next year's calender though cos to be honest, I've never been good with creating sims. Storm was just an experiment that turned out really RIGHT and delectable ;D |
