The koala bears are humming,
a dreary lazy tune,
on the treetops of Australia,
in the sunny month of June.
We might find this stupid,
and pointless as could be,
but maybe they are wiser,
than even you and me.
Their lives my be simple,
with their 20 hour naps,
but indeed they're just preparing,
for an event to lapse.
When it happens they'll be ready,
And be knowledgeable too,
And when it happens to the humans,
they'll just be slinging their own poo.
