I just wanted to share a poem that I wrote at a writing camp during the Summer after I graduated out of the 2nd grade.

Here it is... lol

Give me a peaceful spot,
To write down all my thoughts.
Give me a flowing river,
Where I can sit and swim in.
Give me a field,
To run and play in.
Give me an enormous garden of flowers
Where I can be alone.
Give me a secret place,
Where I can lay undisturbed.
Give me a tree house,
Where nobody can find me.
Give me a place,
Where I can sit and write.

Give me a secret place,
Where I can lay undisturbed.

Awesome Nikki! Wow.. you wrote that in second grade? It's adorable! It's pretty intense for a second grader. You already knew you wanted to write!

Well...I'm glad you think I had great maturity/smartness for a second grader, or the my maturity/smartness is that of a second grader. ;D Just kidding.
