a particular pose

I am currently going through the Posebox reference list, but if anyone knows off hand where I can get a pose of a person sitting on the ground, there arms outstretched, like they want to be picked up.

Yes, an adult. And it's for TS2, I forgot to mention that.

you might have to mix and match. Have the sim sit on a sofa or chair. Use the cheats to move them to the floor and they should automatically sit on the the ground with their legs crossed. Then use one of the paintings with the talking animations or Paul's reaction tester and use the "Why?" animation.

The second one on the page is a cheerleading posebox. They have a pose standing, and one of jumping in the air with legs bent behind them with their arms in the position you want. None sitting, though.

Another option, although I've never used it is to make a sim act as if they were a different age. I can't remember where I even saw it, but I remember someone asking 'How did you do that"? and the reply back being "I made the child act like a teen' I have no clue how, but toddlers do that raise arms up pose all the time.
