Or as I normally post this time of year, have you finished it? have you wrapped it? And most importantly what have you bought your kids and family this year? ;D (That includes SO's too!)
1. I am finished!
2.I have wraped only five things!
3. My daughter: (9)
Sylvanian Families Caravan. She pointed this out in a catalogue, so I know she wants this one. ;D
www.sylvanianfamilies.com/product_info.php?cPath=67&products_id=765 I got a couple of small furniture sets for her stocking.
Toy Story Lego Set I actually bought this for my son, she saw it and wanted it! The monkey, so I agreed.
Stocking: TinkerBell PC game, some movies, a couple of books. I got her Pippy Longstocking because I loved that as a kid! About a 9 year old who lives by herself with a monkey.
I got them both some wooden toys from this traditional wooden toy shop which I thought was nice. Haven't decided how to split those up yet, but DD will probably get the marble shooting game, 1 of the castanets, two of the little spinning tops and the slide whistle.
My son: (6)
Well he doesn't play a lot with toys unlike my daughter, is rather addicted to wii games and has some muscle tone problems so I got him a couple of things for that.
Large bouncer Ball: The kind kids sit on, hold the handle and bounce. I found an extra large one from the educational supply shop. He has a small one which they often fight over This should be better (Not sure if it will help the fighting though)
Mobilo Construction Kit Hopefully he will use it, if not I'll set it as a school toy and then he has too.
Stocking:
Some books, pirate Lego, Another Dox Tox character from my stash. They go in the space ship he has. A wooden fishing game, castanet, two small spinning tops. No wii games! He’s addicted enough to Star Wars Lego and Mario Carts as it is.
For both Double slip and slide water toy thing for the backyard and a Buzz Light year Operation board game.
DH: Poor hubby I had no idea what to get him this year. He really didn't need anything practicle like clothes, so I got him this novelty money bank thing. I thought it would be bigger, but it plays Space Invaders so that's good right?
MIL: Salad set which you can place ice in a area under the bowl.
FIL: Sit on garden tool box with wheels.
SIL: A box of chocolate truffles.
BIL 1: Socks
BIL 2: A Movie.
(I wish he would buy for his own brothers. They are only token gifts we exchange there anyway)
Mum and Dad: Boxed DVD set of 'Mother and Son' British comedy.
