So, I got up at five this morning, had coffee, showered, dressed, and got my mom up to my eight o'clock appointment with me so that we could shop afterwards. Turns out I had my days mixed up and now I have to do it all over again tomorrow, minus Mom.

Well, that's the first time I've ever done that, but I feel better now because at least I know other people have done it too!

Oh dear, it really deflates you when you're all up and ready and prepared for nothing, doesn't it? My Mum's turned up for an early shift at work when she's actually working the late a couple of times, but I'm not too bad at that...yet.

I wondered if this thread would be an 'argh bad day' thread, my day's been so up and down it's unreal, I am going to chill out until midnight now, and I'm not moving from this laptop!

It sure does suck, Amylu! Now I have to prepare myself for a repeat tomorrow.

I almost missed my diabetes training class the other day. I have to go to three more of those at three hours a pop, until I've completed ten hours' worth of them. So, Jo, I've almost done it both ways!
