I should have gone to school in part on June, but having swine flu makes people want you to stay at home.

Yeah, my guitar teacher is a music teacher and he is going back to the school already. I start on the 24th.

I start school on the 24th too...I'm excited because the sooner it starts the sooner it'll be over then I can go to ITT Tech in Lauderdale!!! Woot!

My youngest starts her Senior year of high school on Tuesday. I'm not too far behind you, Tina!
On a happier note, I have an evening writing class at the college starting on Sept. 14, then a writer/publishing workshop there on Sept 19th. Let's hear it for old ladies in school! Woot!

My school schedule is like this:
Semester 1: Day 1&2
Blk 1:Auto Engines
Blk 2:Auto Engines
Lunch
Blk 3: Auto Apprenticeship
Blk 4: Auto Apprenticeship

Semester 2: Day 1
Blk 1: Auto Apprenticeship
Blk 2: Welding
Lunch
Blk 3: Auto Fuel Systems
Blk 4: Biology 30 (Gr 12 level)

Day 2:
Blk 1: Auto apprenticeshiop
Blk 2: Welding
Lunch
Blk 3: Auto Fuel Systems
Blk 4: Biology 30 (Gr 12 level)

Hehe, confusing enough? Second semster starts in Febuary, just to avoid any confusion. And my school also runs on a day 1 day 2 schedule, eg Monday day 1, tuesday day 2, wednesday day 1, etc...

I don't know what the A, B, C grades are... We don't go by that system in my city. It's all percentages. I sit around 80%-85% in most classes.

In the old days we went by A, B, C, D, and F!

My son is in the 90~85 % (He's in 3rd grade)

80 to 85 is a B+ or B. That works, but I know you can do better, your to smart for just a B!
Then again, math was my most uglist subject, but I sure can work on a car!? Who knows, just make sure you all try your best!

Oh by the way Nicole, what ever happened to the car you were working on?

Lol, it's REALLY hard to get in the 90s, like if you have an average of 90 or above, you get put on the "Principals List" and out of the 2000 kids at my school, about 20 get on that list. So it's not easy at my school to be a high achiever.
