WOW....bats to tire swings.What next? well,i almost got hit by a train...heres how it went: The Great Escape:I was at my friends house to stay overnight.Her mom,after my mom left,asked us to take my friend's bear for a dog(not literaly but he was huge!) for a walk before dinner was going to happen.I loved Ziggbe(dog's name) he was such a sweetheart and i always wanted to walk the dog.My friend kindly handed the leash to me."Haily,i have an idea,"she said.She hooked the leash onto my pants.Now i for one didn't think that that was a very good idea but i went along with it.I followed my friend down the road and she finally switched roads.We went on a very lonly dirt road that had one house that was all broken and very sorrowful looking.We were walking on the side on the rail road tracks,still having the leash hooked onto my pants.Then we heard it,the train. I tried to unhook the leash off of my pants.Closer,closer the train came and I was slowly running out of time(sorry,i love being dramatic) My friend jumpped in a ditch and landed into a small pond.It was the only way out without getting smashed by the train.By then,i could see the train coming around the corner and i really started to panick.My friend climbed back up,all soaked,and tried to help me unhook the leash.But then she had another idea.She slid down the ditch. "Ziggbe!" she called.My eyes grew wide as the dog jolted foward,pulling my down the ditch and face first in the pond.I was a little mad but as i looked up and the rail road again,i saw that the train was passing by.The train was very close to me than i have noticed and in about 1 minute,i would of been rail road kill.I was cold and shivering from the pond but i was happy i was still alive,although i felt all numb and stuff.Then as we started to climb up the ditch again i started to laugh.My friend look at me as if i were razy."What?" she asked. I kept on laughing. "Now that's what i call the great escape!" i said laughing my full head off.Then she started giggling along with me.We pretty much were laughing all the way till we got back to my friends house. it was scary but i survived! ;D |
