LOL@Sue! You sound like Maegnas. She lives in Canada too and is always talking about getting out of there. lol... Tina, I didn't mean that I want to get out of Canada, I just want to get off this Island! I'd love to live inland again - I don't like coastal living. The ocean bothers me, mostly because it makes the air is so damp.

I'm glad I live inland, we hardly get any scary storms and the heat is usually a dry one.

Where the heck was I when this thread was going on? I love storms only when I can stay home and chill out in bed...and sleep

I love storms too. The bigger and nastier, the better. Of course, now that I have pets, I don't get to enjoy the storms cuz I'm too busy trying to calm down my 3 kitties & my pup.

Nicole, (omg, I know a Nicole, she's my cousin! *off-topic*) Festus is "pleasant." About as pleasant as marring Mortimer Goth and Dina Calinte(sp). Uck, and we're starting to get a bunch of earthquakes, too! Why don't I just take a rowboat to the Bermuda Triangle for gosh sakes?
Sue, do you live on that one island near Seatle? Like Vancouver, I think?
Jill, I love storms too! But, I'm afraid for my kitties, and lock them in my step-dad's man room, which has no windows and is like completely underground. They're safe, while I'm out on the deck taking pics like a dope!
Sue and Jo, if you want dry weather, don't go looking near Florida! Omg, it rains everyday! And during the winter, you think it'll be all nice and sunny *not*! It was like 50degrees outside on March 3!

You guys are right about dry air/heat being better. Man, it gets so humid here sometimes in the summer that it feels like a sauna when you step outside. I forgot to say that the storm only lasted about half an hour or so and then the stars came out...lol

;D ;D ;D lucky you Tina, when we get storms, we get all-day-lock-yourself-inside bad weather.

Storms are fun, I like to watch the lightning.
Last storm we had was during the orthadontists party. We had to leave the water park it was at.
