So I FINALLY got my first car, that I paid for... Well I'm still paying my parents back 500 some dollars... BUT... PICTURES! And a picture of the engine, just because it's so small. An in-line 4, 1.9L for all you engine knowledgeable folk.

Nice ride. You should feel so good that you bought your own car. The one I have is licensed in my uncle's name and I don't think I'm on the insurance. As far as I'm concerned it's his car and mine is gonna be the one I pay for that's licensed and insured in my name.

Cool, Pixx.
And Tina, I'M DEFINITELY EXCITED. I've spent the past 2 days cleaning it, the past owners donated it to the school after they wrecked the engine and didn't take all their crumbs and crap with them... So I've been busy cleaning, and now I'm shampooing the seats because they're nasty, and I took them out of the car. Lol.

Lol, yeah Lynda. I'm excited, I'm still cleaning... more and more cleaning... It's going to smell so good and feel so clean when I'm done with it.
I have already done some work on it, I checked the front brakes, and I took both struts out and sandblasted and repainted the strut and spring last semester.

Omg, my special class teacher has that car! It's a Saturn Ion, isn't it? A performance chip is a chip that replaces the EPROM chip in a car's or other vehicle's electronic control unit (ECU) to achieve better performance, whether it be more power, cleaner emissions, or better fuel economy. This'll be my first car, except in orange or green.

The picture link doesn't work, Sawyer. And it's an SL1, it's from 99, so it's 10 years old.
I don't really like staurns, even though they're made by GM, it's still not my favorite... Mazda is much worse though.
The EPROM is in the main computer for the car, and it controls the direction some stuff goes in. My car is pretty good on emissions it's only an inline 4, 4 cylinders, plus it's a standard. And everything for the fuel and emissions is working correctly.
