You've never seen Ghost Whisperer?  Oh man it's a great show! It comes on CBS at 8:00pm on Fridays. It's about a woman who can see ghosts and she helps them cross over into the light. I love shows like that! ;D |

Hi everybody!
Ok, we are moved into our new house. It took me two weeks to get an internet connection. Stupid AT&T kept trying to tell me it was my computer's fault, that there was a DSL signal coming into the house, blah, blah, blah.
I FINALLY got them to send someone out. It was there problem of course. Stupid At&T. I swear as soon as our contract is up with them I am gonna cancel our service and go with someone else.
Anyways... My computer is working again. My DH thinks the power source to the harddrive was loose or something....
I hadn't played my Sims in a month. I got to play last night for the first time. I am happy again.

Hi Holly *waves* How are you liking your new place?
I am in a similar spot with the internet. Sitting here on dh lap top on dial up with no smilies except for the ones here. We were suppose to be having a non interrupted upgrade. I am just hoping they fix it by Monday.

AT&T is the worst.
First they said I had to update my Ethernet Driver software. But that was a load of Bull because the Ethernet light on my modem came on if I switched to wireless. Then thye tried to blame my Satellite TV...
I took me TWO WEEKS to get them to send someone over.

God those jerks are annoying!  We have AT&T too and we sort of think something screwy with our modem, but they swear it's not. Who knows? Most of the time, our net connection is pretty smooth and quick, but at other times it seems to just crawl along like a snail or something.  |
