Crap, I thought I said why in my last post, but it looks like didn't. It's just horribly annoying and frustrating typing on this laptop keyboard. Along with my feet being swollen and painful, my blood sugar being high, and having reduced kidney and liver function according to my bloodwork, my abdomen is very distended, making me look about eight months pregnant. It turns out that it is all fluid...

So, they are keeping me here to run a bunch of tests to find out what is causing it and how to fix it. It is now 5:00am, I didn't sleep a wink, and I cannot have anything to eat or drink. When I find out more about what is happening, I will post an update.

Hopefully she feels a bit better today. I hope by now they have done something to get rid of all that fluid, that can't be comfortable.

Hey, thanks everyone! It is 10:45pm here and I just got home less than an hour ago. I haven't slept since the last time I was in my own bed, which feels like forever ago! I'm so tired I can barely see straight, so I will come back tomorrow and post my update. My bed is seriously calling me right now. *yawn*

Thanks y'all! I saw your story thread and commented. I just now turned my computer on for the first time today and it's 5:00pm! *EEK* Not like me at all.

Well, they put on three NEW drugs. Those are making me feel a bit strange in the head right now and I'm still VERY tired. I slept like a rock in my own bed last night, but I think I need to do it again before I've made up for the night's sleep I lost...LOL

Right now, my eyes are a bit blurred so I'll post more details when I'm feeling up to it. Hopefully these new meds will do the job and get me to feeling better. I'd like to start work on my own dang story soon.
