 Nicole! You want snow? I got snow.... Now the snow here is all melty and slushy in the afternoons so that it can get all freezy and icy in the mornings. It's supposed to be in the seventies by the weekend so it will be all gone soon. Gosh, I need to go post my snow pics in the pic forum soon. ;D

Oh yea. It's the difference between way up north and way down south.  I'm surprised we got any snow at all. It hasn't happened for us in several years. The last few times we got any winter weather here, it was in the form of freezing rain. Ack! Now that stuff is bad news!

I'd love to see snow again. We hardly even get colourd leaves out here. It's just hot and brown, or cool and brown. |

If you think that's bad,Tina? Try living in Vermont! I bet you wouldn't servive ONE WEEK if you hate snow that much. I'm used to it.There's too much of snow!!!

Wow! That sucks for you guys   This is where I live ;D It was actually warm enough to go to the beach yesterday  I wonder how i missed THAT pic  . I would be like...PSHH,lucky you! THAT'S NOT FAIR!!! Count yourself lucky. I might be the only person here that lives in vermont,the land where it ALWAYS snows. We don't even have spring up here until like...late April if we're lucky  . |

I used to live in West Virginia when I was teen and we got lots snow there, Haily. I don't exactly hate snow, but I'm not too crazy about having to go out in it. But trust me... I have survived a LOT worse things than snow so... I think I could handle it. Oh and guess what? We have several members here who live in Canada where it's even colder than Vermont and at least one member who lives in Maine, which is at least as cold as Vermont so... don't think you are in THAT boat alone! |

Last year, two years ago I mean, I went to California during Spring Break, which happened to be in April, so I was used to this nice warm weather, I came back to my city, and there was still snow on the ground, it's not uncommon to have snow in spring here, actually it's very likely.
A week after I was born, in August they got 2 ft of snow where I was living at the time, about 2h away from the States boarder, neark Kalaspelish.

I enjoy almost every word you all say, but SNOW!! Run away from snow!! CT- Huntington is my home town, and I have shovled enought snow to have had enough! I'm only 5' 3" Thats short for a 6' snow drift! Never want to see snow again!!!!!!! South Georgia is way better than CT!!! Know snow! Nicole In August? EEWW! Your poor mom, she couldn't even take you outside! Wow! My first born was in 1980! Always took him for a walk! Well Shoot, Yes I am That old! Most of you all are younger than me! I think there are only 2 more members that are older than Me, But there is something I do have to say, and that is that I Learn something neww every day! Thats is whats important! Learn from us old folks, Be kind ! |
