I dissolve a small amount of salt in the water used to wipe out the eyes. Salt is good for a lot of things.

Actually it is going good. I think we caught it really early. After two days of drops there is no gunk or swelling.
The WORST part is putting in the drops. It must sting because they both cry. I feel horrible because they don't really get why we are doing it.

Well that's good news. The drops may sting or it may just be annoying to them because they don't understand. Ah well, kids are resilient and once it's done, they'll forget all about it and move on to other things.  |
