I hope you don't either. My advice is to just enjoy your youth and your health while you have it. There's no point in worrying too much about what may happen in the future. Live for today and do your best to make the most out of what you have.

Jo...(Was it Jo talking about ovarian Cysts) Not to be TMI guys(gals) but I had them on both sides, and if they linger too long they can cause serious problems. They told me mine would go away after the birth of my son, but it didn't, (I was always at the doctors office complaining about pain-after a while they started telling me I was imagining the pain! (WHAT?!!!) It wasn't discovered until I was carrying my daughter, and woke up one morning doubled over with pain, unable to walk. They thought I had appendicitis, until they got me on the table and cut me open. Years after that another one (actually many) formed on my other ovary-and I took test, after test, after test until one intelligent doctor decided to do a laparoscopy-and found out what it was, and I was back on the operating table. Sorry So Long Gals.

Oh man Merci... that sounds just horrible! I hope things are better now... *HUG* Well Jo, at least it's good news that you have no cysts. Hopefully your other tests will be back soon and you'll find out more good news.

My tests always seem to come back normal...even though I am unwell a heap. I started taking some B Vit because I've been getting tingling feet. It seems to have helped a little. I think it's a side effect of this Keppra drug.

I hope your other tests come back fine, or with some news that will put your mind or nerves at ease Jo.
Tina, I'm much better now. NO pain, no sickness. Is your arm any better, now that you're giving yourself those shots?
thanks Sarie, It was painful, but i'm much better now. That all happened about 10 years ago, but the pain was so intense, I'll never forget it.

Glad you're better now Merci! What shots? lol I'm not giving myself any shots but... when I get this new medicine, I will be. The meds are for my orbital psuedotumor, not my arm...lol My arm is healing though, even if it does hurt now and then and itch like crazy at times!

How do you say that? Psuedotumor?
Merci-- Still, it sounds way to much painful. I'm sorry, hope that nothing that terrible happens again.
Tina-- Stay away from the itch!!

Tina-what is a pseudotumor? and I cant blame you for wanting to scratch it-whan I have something healing and it's itching like crazy, I scratch around it, it feels so good. I try not to do that as much now though-I did that after my 1st and only bee sting, my leg swelled up so bad they were talking about amputating-I know...always some DRAMA huh? LOL!

OMG! Amputation because of a bee sting? Man... that's bad. A pseudotumor is a mass that is like a tumor, but is non-cancerous. The prefix pseudo (from Greek øåõäÞò "lying, false") is used to mark something as false, fraudulent, or pretending to be something it is not:Which basically means it looks and acts like a tumor, but it is not. Whatever it is, it is THE most painful thing in the world to me when it flares up and starts hurting. It becomes the only thing on my mind. There have been times when I have woken up and before my eyes ever opened, I realized I have a left eye because the pain was so intense it was as if someone was jabbing into it with a hot poker.

I missed a lot of this thread. I am so sorry to hear that some of you are not well. Tina: Let's hope this new drug helps so you can get off that horrible steroid. Jo, good test results are good! No cysts, yeah! My sister had cysts. They were so bad they had to remove one of her ovaries while she was pregnant with my nephew. They though one might have been cancerous. She was only 25 So Merci is right, take care of those. nicole: sorry to hear about your Mom. Just try not to take too much of the burden yourself. Be a teen, go out and have fun. ;D
