I like to swim in my pool, but I can only do that in the summertime!  But now I've gained so much weight that if I don't lose some by summer, I likely won't go swimming because I'm embarrassed to be seen in a bathing suit!  |

I bought an exerciser bike....haven't used it in awhile  When I was younger I used to bike a lot. Up really steep hills too. Man I couldn't even make it up 1/2 a hill now.  |

That sounds like me Jo! I used to walk a lot too, but now we live in the country and there's no place interesting to walk to. So I drive everywhere. I sit in front of the computer. I do need to get up and move around more, but I just don't have the desire or the inclination to do so. Meh... I need a life!

I love biking! Theres this park around my house, and sometimes me and my friends go out there off-trail.
