Well People... American Idol is coming on soon so I'll be gone for about two hours, but hopefully a few folks will stop in and post while I'm gone because I'll be back and if you've posted some things, I won't be bored.

oh it was michael jackson's night!!!! I think the judges were mean. and stupid paula abdul already said to 3 people or something they would win the competition?? anyway ... wonder what the big surprise will be tonight. simon said people won't like it and it implied the judges so I think maybe they will have a veto on the results or something? I wonder

That's what I was thinking too. After the vote, maybe the judges will decide who actually will go home. I can't wait to find out what he meant! All I can say is:

Go Adam! ;D He was totally awesome last night! I told the family that if he makes an album, I'll buy it. I'll buy a poster too!

Also still love the guy with the glasses... for some reason I can't remember his name. Also Lil Rounds was pretty awesome last night too. And the red-haired sixtenn-year-old. I really like her style and voice.

his name is danny and I really loved what he did! I don't like adam, not my style. I mean the guy is good and all but it's not my style. same for the 16 year old. she is good for someone who likes her voice, but I don't. we can't all love the same thing, right

That's true, but you'd better at least get used to Adam because I think that boy's gonna be around for quite a while. ;D Paula said to him exactly what I said the very first time I saw him: He's the WHOLE package. I was wondering if anyone would sing Black or White so I was happy when he did and did such an awesome job with it.

I don't know about any others, but I think ol' noop dog will be one of the ones leaving. When he came out with 'Beat It', I didn't think that was a good song to pick, although I do think he did a pretty good job with it. It just wasn't a good song to pick for the competition.

hey maybe I'll get use to adam, after all I didn't like david cook at first last year and at the end he was my fav so who knows
I really liked anoop, the judges were mean with him! I know he shouldn't have sing beat it, after all it's a classic and the judges don't want people to sing the classics. But he wasn't as bad as they said, for me I think the other one to leave will be the porto rican guy or the girl who sang rocket robin (not clever at all!)

OMG... that Rockin' Robin version she did was ridiculous! Hehe.. especially the goofy dancing that went with it, but I think she'll stay for now because she's so cute and all.

I know... poor Snoop. He wasn't as bad as the judges said. They were rather harsh with the poor guy.

I think Jorge has a good chance of leaving as well. I mean, he has a nice voice and all, but the song he sung wasn't a good choice either.

yes but after all poor them, c'mon it's michael jackson! it's not everyone who is comfortable signing michael jackson. I know I wouldn't dare. but anyway I think we might have a surprise. let's wait and see (and cross our little fingers meanwhile hehe)

I wouldn't dare sing anything in public! If I were to ever try out for American Idol, I'd be one of those in the beginning who is horrendous!

I've always felt that way about the themes on American Idol. I mean not everyone can sing every genre very well, like when they have a country theme, the rockers are at a disadvantage and when they have a rock theme, the country singers are at a disadvantage, but I guess it's a way of being able to choose who to eliminate. I mean, I suppose, it all has to do with how well you do with the choices you get.

and I guess you are right. it always depends of how they make it their own and the choices they make
