The 80s do rock, despite the fact that I wasn't alive yet... if I had been alive, however, it would have been 100 times better. I love 80s music, though... Wouldn't a disco ball be from the disco era... aka... the 70s?

That's what I was thinking. I don't care much for most 70's music, well apart from ABBA in the late 70's I still have my vinal records stashed away.

hehe... one of my favorites is 'Boogie Shoes' by K.C. and the Sunshine Band. "I wanna put on ... my my my, my boogie shoes ... and boogie with you!" Oh and pretty much everything by the Bee Gees.

Ah! KC and the Sunshine band!
I know them because of my mom... she adores them.
"Shake, shake, shake... shake yo' bootay."
hehe.

ABBA? Oh my!
It was my mothers birthday last year, and she wanted to see 'Mama Mia'. I went with her, along with two of her friends and my cousin. My cousin and I had to sit in front of them, and they started singing to us during the movie!! It was so embarassing!! Got to go help my sister with her Halloween costume, bye!

No, no, NO!!
I literally hid my face during the movie, then I just left early. All I know about after that is my mom stayed during the credits and while everyone could PLAINLY see her, she danced and sang to the other songs. At least during the movie the lights were out!
