When I was pregnant with my son my fix was red capsicum (sweet peppers) and certain types of car exsust. Oh yeah and I liked sniffing those vics sniffy sticks, those ones with menthol and eucalyptis for stuffy noses. |

The only time I wanted a nap at 35...was when I was pregnant... i napped in my 20's. When I had time between classes in college i would nap on benches, etc. Of course i worked until 2 AM and had class at 8, so whenever i could sleep i did. My days off i would take 3 hour naps |
