they are old movies and not really scary. The special effects are not really good but the actors are amazing that's why I love them. I think horror movies today would be better with better actors, a good scenario and less effects. But that's just me.

Some actors and directors are good, but they are all surrounded by bubble-heads! Old movies have way better plots, but terrible special effects.

Hey Tina have you ever seen Madhouse with Vincent Price and Peter Cushing?? That is an amazing movie. The best one though is (sorry if I repeat myself) The House of Long Shadows with Vincent Price, Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee (my 3 fav actors). And the baddest one is Scream and Scream again (with the 3 of them) but they appear maybe 5 minutes in the movie and it's really lame. I should stop now before I write a novel Oh Mae, I really don't know. I saw TONS of those movies when I was a little kid and they were old then...lol, but I can't remember their names...lol. The House of Long Shadows really sounds familiar to me. I think I need to go on an old movie-watching spree and rent some to refresh my memory...lol |

I heard the first madagascar is good but I haven't seen it yet. Monster Inc is my favorite 3D animated film I like Mike hehe

Hmmm, I may have to watch it too, even though I can't remember if I've seen it!  I have a bad memory sometimes when it comes to movies. The other day in some thread or other, there was a discussion about 'The Notebook'. I said I'd never seen it so then I was told how good it is and that I should. Well, tonight my girls were watching it on dvd and I told them I should watch it too, but then I was informed that I'd already seen it with them before! I still don't remember! |

Shrek was good.
I just watched Get Smart. It was good and funny, not one that's so funny there's no plot, but it was funny! ;D
