I haven't got the wolves back yet, I just bought phone, called them in as missing and sold the phone back. Although on second thought maybe I need that phone if they are found? None of the other animals have burst into flames thank goodness. I plan to use move objects on for any more.

Just male sims for my neighbourhood, I keep making new sims to play, but I needed more men. I keep forgetting about LJ, it's been a bit temperamental lately, and I'm not keen on the new 'who's visited your journal lately' features, seems like a bit too much information to me.

Ah, that's my lack of Pets knowledge showing, I wasn't sure how it worked once you called and reported them missing.

I don't like that new features either. Trust them to keep making unwanted changes. Before it was an option you could turn off. I'll look into it tomorrow maybe it's some default setting.

I haven't had a pet run away for a long time, but wolves might be more prone to it than regular pets. Just in case I'm going to put the phone back.

I can find how to hide the settings, but not how to remove them entirely. Silly LJ, it was fine the way it was!

The first 3 bolt couple in my neighbourhood met yesterday, they're all kinds of cute. ;D Bea was in the Welcome Wagon when I moved Marcus in.





I can see them being inseparable now, they even have the same LTW to be The Law.

I haven't had a 3 bolt couple in ages (not since my Psychologists, if memory serves), so I was really pleased when I saw those two. ;D

I'm currently gaping in awe at the screen, one of the popular simmers reblogged one of my hair retextures on Tumblr (the techie one with the fringe and the cogs on the back) and I've been inundated with likes and follows. How strange! It was nicely timed, I was just getting angry at not being able to recolour objects properly without owning Photoshop, so that made me smile again. I wanted to do something for the School Days theme at GoS, but I can't think of anything to recolour at the moment.

I'm still playing my eco neighbourhood at the moment, lots of my sims have fallen in love lately, but I still have a couple of girls that I just can't seem to find the right sim for.

You could always try one of mine or Esme's. Or hold a type of BC.

I was so excited and yelling random happy words so I had to explain it to my boyfriend so he knew what on earth Trappingcrushes was. I still don't think he gets it.

The thing with other people's sims is I can't see them with anyone but who they're already with in the other person's game...if that makes any sense? Like Old Adam and Myrna are perfect together, and Tamara and Salvatore. So if either of you have any single sims, I'll have a look in my game and remind myself of who's left. I know Elsa, the Pleasure sim on the right of my signature, is one I just can't find anyone for. I like her too much, she's been my favourite for ages, and no sim has been right for her so far!

*edit* I finally got around to trying to retexture Skye's hair for Esme, and it really doesn't like the middle section, it refuses to accept the right colour (blue in this case...which it thinks is green) and I can't seem to get the strands to line up in the right way. Oh dear! Maybe I'll try again tomorrow.

How odd with the blue thinking it is green. You could ask over on MTS or Leefish(site). Leefish (makes it hard to say when her user name is the same as her site name!)and Fanseelamb are very helpful and over on Leefish (site)I notice replies come faster.

I now have Any Game running in 3 slots, base Game, Seasons (mac compatible) and full (M&G) And I am building again. A holiday type cottage on my seasons slot will be first as I want to be able to build something esme can use.
Hopefully Dominie will be back soon as I really need instructions on how to clean my lots using the Any Game M&G slot.

I've been back playing maplevalley. I played the Mayors house and grew the baby of the Maid and gardener up.

This is the family that has mayor Thornburry and his intended Amy. The maid who gets into a lot of fights around town and her husband the gardener and there young son Tom. They had a burglary at one point which I forget if I mentioned last time I updated about this family.


Poor guy I forget his name (what else is new?) is a great dad. He came up to cuddle and play with little Tom autonomously.


Mandy continued being very dedicated to her work. I love this sim. I've never had a sim before who audibly grumbles. She only has 2 nice points, but I have others like Nic with no nice points and none of them do this "fragrameaha" or whatever it is that I can hear her complaining about as she goes about things. I think she is complaining about people messing up her work as she isn't complaining about doing the cleaning as she is tidy. I certainly didn't direct her to mop the flowers either, crazy woman.


I finally realized Mayor and Amy weren't rolling wants for each other due to zodiac, so I used the sim manipulator (love that mod!) changed them and had them scope room. Now they have 3 bolts! neither had an actual wedding want, but as mayor of the town he can't be shacking up. So I threw them a nighttime garden wedding.


Young Tom also grew up to look quite a bit like his dad I think. Also while his parents are average motivation on 7 points. (add neatness and seriousness together and take away playfulness) young Tom here is a highly motivated or an over achiever on 11 points. This means he will stay really smart past toddlerhood and can be directed to skill anytime and possibly go to uni on a scholarship. Living in the Mayors house will certainly help although due to his parents not being wealthy he will have to work hard to be able to go to uni. He also got the freckled skin that pops up from time to time.

Aww Tom is a cutie, and the mayor and Amy's wedding looks lovely, really nice lighting at night.

I've retextured a hair which I'm hoping to share on Tumblr today, and I've been going through my neighbourhood house by house to make sure I have pictures of all of them. It seems to be mostly the girls I can't find men for, these three in particular:

What aspirations are the girls Amy?

Elsa is Pleasure, she's an Aries who would have Music and Dance as her hobby if I had FT. She has 2 bolts with 2 men in my neighbourhood, but I don't think either of them suit her...that might be favouritism talking there though.

Jessica is Popularity (even though I keep thinking she's Fortune!), she's a Cancer and she has no bolts with anyone in my game. She lives next door to her twin brother, Freddy. They were the results of a Good Genes challenge in my old game (their Dad is Ajay Loner, and you can see his features in them a lot).

Iris is Knowledge, and a Sagittarius. She has 2 bolts with Jacob, my red haired Knowledge sim, but he's soon to be engaged to Samantha. Iris has rolled the Want to become a Plantsim, so she'll most likely get that fulfilled soon. I'm debating seeing if she has any bolts with one of my plantsims, but it's a little strange as he's still a toddler at the moment. Grr, Plantsim ageing is so weird.

Amy, is there maybe a semi-transparent yellow alpha channel on the hair or something, that would make it try to add yellow + blue and come up with green? Also, I'm starting to (slowly) post some of my sims; feel free to snag any of ''em that you thing might get along with your girls. I'm afraid I can't make any recommendations, as I don't often pay attention to chemistry when making matches.

Jo, it looks like your game is going really well. I'm impressed by how you work all the different scores and how you're making your hood self-supporting. Also, Tom is a cutie.
