Hooray for a new heir and spouse, and the downgrade/rebuild looks great! I liked the story about the fairy, good way to tie it all in. Looking forward to seeing the next generation, now!

Aaaand I have caught up to chapter 6! I don't know how you can put up with so many kids. I like kids but that would drive me nuts. I like the fairy story. "This mortality is unpleasant" lol it sure can be!

Thanks, Jo! Jessie IS fabulous, ain't he? I got back in to do some Chapter 7 stuff and had forgotten I'd done that ( or rather the barber had) to him.
OMG I got the giggles all over again. It WAS just going to be spiffing him up for his wedding, but he is SO staying that way, at least for his adulthood.

UPDATE 10-18-2014: The status for Chapter 7 has been updated, but no ideas for the title yet. I'm sure it will come to me by slide 100, right? RIGHT??

Yay for toddler skills, and both of the boys grew up well, especially with those great chins.

Oh wow, that's a lot of flamingos, and one heck of a party!

Nice to see the girls' house in limbo land, and yay for the first girl in the main house as well. Yeah, my sims never seem to get maternity leave either, unless they stop halfway to the car and the pop-up appears for 'I don't want to leave my children...' etc.

Yes it was a lot of flamingos! I almost deleted them all but then wondered if I might need them again one day so they're in Jessie's inventory; all 60-something of them! Totally worth it, though. My vision has been realized.

I actually probably just sent Fluticasone off to work, but this either makes her seem over-eager or her work like total slave-drivers. lol..

I've actually played far enough (waiting for clear party weather) that I know how Earline & Wilford turn out as kids, so that'll be a nice gem for everyone!

So much toddler poop lol. I wish you could give them a shovel! I agree though, nothing beats walking, I never tire of seeing a toddler take their first steps.

Although I mostly started all of that just wanting to put mustaches on flamingoes, and thinking how silly it'd be. Lol..
Yeah every time I find a twin I like here comes the next set, so I'd say don't count your chickens yet!

UPDATE 5-30-2015:
No, 9 is not up yet, but I thought I'd give everyone a heads-up:

The good news is, Chapter 9 is less than 10 slides away from completion and will likely be posted the next time I get a chance to work on it.

The rest of the story is, the reason 9 will be finished soon is a compromise.
The 2nd house tour took up waaayy more slides than expected, and in order for the chapter not to go into the 100 to 150-slide range, I opted to move the next Black-and-white reel to Chapter 10.
I love bringing back those reel-style intros; in this case moving it will not only keep 9 at the limit(100 is already a lot for some) but also give me time to do a quality production, and not delay Chapter 9 any longer.

We all win, even if it means waiting a bit longer for that particular thing.
