It doesn't show the hair as coming with the sim, but it does look like the mesh is included under the cc button. Good luck!

It's a Nouke hair! Man I have lots of her hair in my game! I'm surprised I don't have that one. Of course it's been a while since I've downloaded any female hair. I have tons already.

Yep. Nouke made the hair. She has lots of pretty awesome hairs! Nikki... you can see her name in the cc section of your sim you uploaded. That exchange is really weird because it lists the uploader as the creator of some of the content, but they didn't make it. I think maybe it has something to do whether the creator put hover text with their names on it or not, but I'm not sure.
