 Every one keeps talking about easter eggs.....................I don't get it!(In stories!LOL!)  ~ Anyway, I love the Freddie reference!LOL!  ~ I wonder,how a 300 year old would look,if that had gone any further, that is!lol!  ~ At least Drake would fare up better than Vincent in that looks department!  ~ Loved it!  LOL like a plum rolled in fur and left in the sun Easter Eggs in stories are hidden treats...something the author places in there for readers to go "OH LOOK THAT'S COOL!" It could be words, images, objects etc. (Like the Ghostbusters movie reference Drake made in S4C3, though he was oblivious to it.) I can never hear "who ya gonna call" without thinking it though! In this case, I made a reference to Freddy since I kinda borrowed the whole "evil dream" plot from there, so the Easter Egg will involve him  keep your eyes peeled. And Drake is yummers! So is the new character coming soon (I think)...I love a guy with dark hair and scruff mmmHmmm! Also don't forget what Zoe said about Drake in her dreams  <---hope it's not too big a shock... |

I feel so stupid for not figuring out Drake's fear! He's so petrified of losing Zoe, and it's all thanks to her dalliances with that villain Vincent. I'm back to not liking him again. He's so pushy, and doesn't know how to take no for an answer. I hope he learns to accept no, before he does something that all three will regret. Hope it doesn't get that.
I'm glad they found Jasmine just in time, and if Zoe will be mentoring her, does it mean she'll make regular appearances?
Since Vincent's used to being a love 'em and leave 'em type of guy, seeing Sarah take the breakup so well must have been a shock to him. Sarah was too calm, but I think she's planning something, I guess she's figured him out, and maybe she's hoping indifference on her part will spark his interest and curiosity

Great update as always. You never disappoint. Thank you You hit on so much and are right! Had Zoe and Vincent not gone around as they had, Drake would have been fine. Zoe will be Jasmine's mentor and yes we'll see more of her because of this. (I worked her into the story because of something Qui asked me a while back, but I don't want to spoil anything). Vincent, the never faithful womanizer! Trying to "break it off easy" with Sarah and getting the cold shoulder from her really doesn't sit well with him. He thinks it's something he did and it was a HUGE hit on his ego. Which is most likely Sarah's plan from the get go...draw him back with an indifferent attitude about their relationship, knowing how he'd react to her if she were clingy (which she kind of was in S4C5 with the succubus AND S4C8.1 when she demanded he be the one to help her). But the question is, will Vincent take the bait? He's still working on getting Zoe. |

I just saw the 1st pic, and I had to stop and say WTF! I hope that scar heals...and very fast. I'd hate for her beautful face to be scarred for life. Not kosher *shakes head* Off to read more ;D Oh dear, I hope Zoe doesn't land herself and Drake in more trouble.
SMH @ Vincent. He just doesn't learn. Persistence is great, but too much of it bothers on desperate, and in his case, downright pathetic. He should walk away, leave town, get a clean start. But damn, that dream was still HOT. It was just two screens, but..DAMN HOT. I think Vincent sizzles between the sheets. No, what am I doing? *must not find Vincent sexy*
Great interaction between Zoe and Jazz, can I call her that? She's such a typical teenager, worried about being loved back, I thought as much love spells would be one the first things she'd want to learn, and shortcuts too. Which teenage girl wouldn't? I think you portrayed her character very well.
LOVE Drake's new look, and when you mentioned the new guy, I thought "is that who you meant?", until I saw Zavier. He's yummy and evil, a f****** hot combination. I can't wait to see the chaos he unleashes in Zoe's dreams.
Not sure if I told you this before, but I love the concepts and ideas you keep coming up with for Desired, really well done.

(And as a reminder, he is the one that told me to do this!) he said he is bordering on pathetic but was happy it was just a dream. And Jazz I like that I might steal it haha. I call my neice Jazzy (my sister named her after the Princess in Aladdin because she is obsessed with that cartoon!) I was pretty nervous about introducing Drake's new look, mostly because 4 seasons I got so used to seeing him one way and so did the audience and the new hair made a dramatic difference in his appearance. But it turned out well at least. Zavier Kayne, our latest foe! Finally reappearing after just a one scene SS in the 2nd Season. (New hair, new clothes, same great attitude). He will present a LOT of difficulties, especially for Drake. And not only that, he can cause problems for Vincent as well. Coming soon, we'll see another of our missing in action vamps reappear as well (one of the only people that can collar Vincent). I love that you enjoy the themes. When I was writing Season 3 I skipped to 4 just to jot down the ideas because I thought they'd be pretty kewl. It was hard at first trying to tie them all in to a single plot concept though, but it's shaping up as it normally does around this time of the season so I am excited about the upcoming chapters. Although Chapter 15, the season finale is pretty freaking explicit. I'm not sure if I want to release it as is or what...my BF told me that it was a bit much lol. And if you ever really want to know the answer to any question (sneak peek), I can always PM you clips from upcoming chapters. I have it written up to Chapter 4 of Season 5 |

The new guy...be his Queen? Though it doesn't sound pleasant, is it wrong that I got a tingle just thinking about it? A good tingle?

Just starting Season 2 - I am officially in love with Drake, and I can't get the sims 3 page to load to show me the result of the cliff hanger! Argh!
I need a break anyway, I've been doing nothing but sitting here and reading all day! Don't worry, Drake, I'll be back soon! Lol!

I'm so glad everyone loves Drake's new look. I really don't know why I was so hesitant to change it before lol but I dreaded it because he looked COMPLETELY different with every new style...though I suppose that's the point of makeovers. Zavier is going to become the new frienemy; the next love to hate person for my audience lol. Vincent has no idea how to approach the subject of love. None of his tricks are working as they normally would: ("make __ think of me", small spaces, kiss stealing -- though this one was effective, etc.) so the charming, womanizing bad boy is having a harder time winning over the girl he actually wants and so he is pulling out all the stops. Jazz is a fun character. I love some of her upcoming parts. She is the epitome of a teen girl (complaining and quickly irritable all inclusive!). And you are right, Drake would NEVER allow anything to happen to Zoe. Not only because as Zavier said "he sold his soul to protect her" but because she is his forever love and there is nothing he wouldn't do to ensure it stays that way. I'm so glad that you guys have noticed a key part of the story I thought for sure it would have been glossed over...I think it was for some people...but we are just 5 chapters out for an explanation on some of these questions and 6 for the finale. By the way, did you find the Easter Egg? |
