Now THAT sounds fun! I think the A Man and his life-threatening wife will have a lot to offer there!

Yeah that is what I have been complaining about ever since chapter 5 of my OWBC. Frequent emptying and notes is the only way around it as far as I can see. I was glad I had done the house up in my last WYDC update as that plus Gordons work clothes are what I used to sort out what happened when as I didn't keep good notes. Good note taking is a pain. Stupid Vista.

I'm a bit confused: I have Vista, and I don't have sorting issues.

How do you sort your pictures so they are sorted by date? Jo and I sort them by date and they are still all WONKY! i have found if I "sort" "group" and "stack" them by date it's better...but still WONKY!
In XP all I had to do was sort by last modified and they were all in a nice order...

I'm used to Vista, which is probably why I's confused. lol If you're meaning sorting your storytelling folder by date (which is just a guess that that is what you're refering to): Go into your storytelling folder for the neighbourhood. Right click on the grey blank space (should say something like Name | Date Taken | Tags |...whatever else... | Click on More... Scroll down to Date Created Click on box next to Date Created so there's a tick mark next to it Click Ok There should be a section in the area mentioned above where it said Name | Date Taken | Tags |...whatever else... | which now says Date Created, click on that to sort by that (if it sorts it in reverse order, just click on it again) Depending on the number of files, you may need to wait a few moments (or even minutes) for it to sort. Oh, and before I forget, you may need to make the storytelling folder bigger if you either don't see blank space to right click or if you don't see Date Created. And one more thing, you may have to keep doing this. I think I had to do this every time I opened the folder for a while and have no clue what I did to make it stay put. Of course, I'm probably totally and completely wrong as to what you are wanting. Let me know if it's something else or if you still have issues, 'cause I can quite likely offer some sort of further assistance... . I used to do this type of stuff for a living. Didn't see your post Holley, until after I wrote all this.

Hey Sue.. I am going to try that and see what happens. Thanks for the advice and i will for sure let you know if it doesn't work. It will make writing a story A LOT easier if the pictures are sorted properly.

I hope it works for you, it should, since that's what I did. If not or if my directions are unclear or anything, I can take another go at it or at something else.
