Ning, I got thrown off my bicycle in August, resulting in multiple breaks in my left arm, shattered left shoulder, various cuts and bruises, etc. I had tons of rocks embedded all over. I won't ever fully recover from the shoulder injuries. I am still quite bruised on my arm and legs.
