So does anyone have a townie to recommend in Twinbrook to hook up with hot young Donta? (I'm SO glad I decided to age him down in CAS!!!) And DON'T say Bunny Curious!! Lol!

I thought I wouldn't get a chance to post these since I'm not feeling too good. But here they are. These are just random shots of Slade at work His first real Large house fireOkay, I don't want to spoil this for anyone, but with large housefires sometimes the doors are locked and you can't break them down until you put out all the fires in the windows and only then you'll get the option to breakdown the doors....   Now he had to convince her to run but I guess she was too scared to do anything else besides jump around on the spot    Don't ask me what she's doing up on his back like that. But I guess even teens can't resist a bit of fireman Slade  Another day at the office. This time he had to convince four people to run...  And I think this is the sweeted thing ever. Doesn't he look brave and strong? Later that kid called him to thank him for saving her life.  Some random shots of Stefanie blowing up stuff at the junk yard. I love it when she goes crazy over the explosions plus she has the dramatic trait so she certainly adds some spice in my game   And I thought this is such a sweet interaction. Slade and Steffie went down to that beach community lot (I forgot the name) but they found this little boy selling cake.  |

That's so cool!!! I love that shot of him carrying that girl - and she calls him later. How sweet!!! I love the bake sale, too!
Well, I had a mishap in trying to rescue little Notzo Curious from his evil family. It turns out that there is no "adoption pool" in S3. Any child that's taken by the social worker is never adoptable. Of course, I don't think to google this before I exterminate his entire family. But I think I might have a way to "cheat" him back in, so I'm off to give that a shot now. STay tuned!

 I would have moved Alice in,& then got ride of them,  that way poor Notzo will only have Alice & her new hubby to look after him(And they get a free house to boot!)Or do they take them away if they have no living relative?

No, they just need an adult. (and apparently a teen is OK too.) I just wanted him to be officially adopted. Here's how THAT went:  First part of Operation Rescue Notzo: Kill his fugly mother. Age transition...GO!  Bunny (made over) is unmoved. I was hoing she'd be taken to the adoption pool, too, but as in S2, Teens don't get adopted, and they figure she can take care of Notzo.  Later, Bunny! This is the only time I've ever seen her smile. 0_o Before anything happens, I move Bunny's urn into Notzo's family inventory, so I can ressurect her later. (yeah, that was the plan)  While we wait for the social worker to show, Grimmie decides to hang around.  They have time for a little gossip before the social worker comes. (they don't show this. Once Grim evaporates, you get a message screen telling you he's going with a social worker & you should go play another house. Then you're booted into Edit town to do just that.) Off to have Alice adopt him! Alice makes the call. They ask if I want a boy or girl, ask the age, and ask me to name him. I choose Notzo, thinking I didn't want to change his name. Here's who showed up:  ARgh!!!! Not that the kids isn't cute, but where's Notzo? NOW I take the time to google & find out there's no adoption pool. Darn you, EA! I had planned to add some interesting kids to that pool!  Well, Alice loves fake-Notzo. Clayton STILL hasn't spoken to him, but rolls wants for him to do well.  Cosmo plays with him, too.  Alice plays the AMB game (I STILL can't remember what it's called!) with him, which he loves. I constantly have to pull him off that game to make him do his homework. There's something that bugs me about this kid...he does a "Ewwww, Simbots!" action that I can never capture in a pic. Hello! Your PARENTS are simbots! He keeps it up, and I start to get another idea...  What if I take Not-Notzo, and make him into...  Vidcund Curious!!!! Yeah. I can have the other Curious kids from S2 - Lazlo, Pascal, Lola and Chloe, in a house all together! (this is where I got the idea for their lab house) I can move this kid in with them, and bring back REAL Notzo. So that's what I did. I used the mailbox cheat & had Alice know everyone. Sure enough, REAL Notzo showed up in the relationship panel. I cheated them to max relationship, then had Alice call and invite him out. When he showed up, I had him "join active household" and Alice and Notzo are finally together.   Man, that was a lot of work. But you know what? Notzo does the "oh, YEAH!" reaction to the Simbots, so I feel it was worth it. (Do NOT mock me! I loves my Alice! While all this was going on Clayton worked on being a fireman by:  Upgrading his upgraded fire extinguisher. This is supposed to help him fight fires better.  And it looks like it works!  This is the first sim he has to "save". Since she was out back in the garden and out of harm's way, it seemed kind of dumb, but the mission wouldn't end until he "convinced her to run." Her name is Blaise Kindle. Nice fire there, Blaise.  He does convince her, and he jets himself back to his firetruck and returns to work. (I love those jets!) Now I decide it's time to give Alice the family she always wanted, so I move them into their own place and call for another adoption.   Hello, Starla Curious.  She seemed happy and greeted everyone happily, but Notzo didn't look too happy to have to share Alice's attention!  But apparently he got over it. Man, I wish it show show them as related! And as usual, Clayton throws up wants for her to do well, but keeps his distance. Alice is just over the moon. But I have to break up the party for a much-needed make-over:  SO much better! Here's a tiny bit in the older kids house:  I found out how to use Zhan's new scanner - you have to click on a spot on the ground, then you get the option to scan the area for spirits. You'd think he'd get a hit at the graveyard, but nope!  ALso, he occasionally sets free ghosts that he's caught instead of selling them to the science lab. He names them, then releases them. It gives him a positive message that I meant to print screen, but forgot. I'll get it next time.  He also spends a lot of spare time on the drafting table.  That is, when he's not scoring with Kimberly the cave-baby! Geez, Kim, let's not rush things!  Brother Shen puts the moves on Missy...  You go, Shen!   And Shea scores with Suki the rocker chick! Now the only one not hooked up is poor Donta. I'm going to move him out soon, since he needs to make his monsters. I hope to find him a girl soon - maybe one that will help him out! (Or one that's become one of his monsters...Hmmm.) |

Aw, Alice has got her own little family, how cute!!  Great idea to make not-Notzo into Vidcund, the glasses look great on him. I look forward to seeing how it all goes with the Curious house. Everyone's getting paired up in the older kids house too, yay for Shen and Missy and Shea and Suki; now just for Donta, I wish I had S3 so I could find someone for him, bless. |

LOL wow that Notzo bit was very complicated, glad you finally got him adopted though. And his 'new' sister, she got a great makeover. That was very creative, turning Not-Notzo into V. Curious. And LOL@all of the kids hooking up

Holley, that girl in Val's story is actually the daughter of the sim I cloned into Missy. The Greenwood family are all very attractive. (even the guys) I could just clone her, too, then age her up. Hmmmm....
The last fire Clayton was called to ended up being another robot's house, and it wasn't Elliot, so it looks like there's already a simbot living in Twinbrook! I can't remember the name - Deir or something like that.
I made a stylist, and played her for a bit. You have to talk to people about fashion, and you work from the salon. As soon as I got the job on the computer, I had a "mission". I had to get this woman a new pair of shoes. She met me at the Salon & I chatted her up about fashion, then I clicked on the styling platform & got the option to "offer ...a make-over". I picked her out some new shoes, and she loved them.
My only problem with it was that I spent time to make her look funky, and they changed her hairstyle & clothes when she got to the salon. I haven't seen her come home yet, but I assume she reverts back to how I made her. I'll try & grab some pics, as I forgot to take them last time.
I'm home alone, so I'm taking a bath, then it's sim time for me!!! If anything cool happens, I'll post some pics tonight.
