 OK, I was kindly asked to share my Houses & Sims, so here I am sharing, I hope you can find a use for one or two! ;D To start I will be putting up some basic starters, if you ever have a problem with any patterns not showing, please don't hesitate to PM me, & I will fix it! ;D I also use the same CC for all my houses, which I will provide a folder for or give you the link. also some houses have CC from the store in them, BUT, PLEASE REMEMBER TO ALWAYS PUT THE CC IN FIRST,BEFORE INSTALLING THE LOT, SO THE CC SHOWS UP! ;D Some basic facts:~When you move into Sunset Valley (or Riverview!), the amount of Simoleons afforded to you is based on the number of Sims in your household! ;D ~ A single Sim gets $16,000. ~ Each additional adult adds $2,000. ~ A teen adds $1,500. ~ A child adds a $1,000. ~ A toddler adds $500. Also, were you put your lot, will make it cheaper or dearer, so if you are placing a starter, go for the cheaper blocks! ;D This pricing of the lots will also make a difference in the accuracy of the starters total price, & makes it very hard to give an accurate price for the houses, that I upload! ;D >>>>>>>>>--SHADES-of-GREY--<<<<<<<<< ~This is my very first Sims 3 starter, it has two bedrooms with on-suites, a dine-in kitchen & a lounge/family room, with a very big entertaining deck out the back (it can be made cheaper by replacing windows & light fittings, with cheaper ones!& selling the two parking bays!) space for parking, this lot will not support a pond as it has a basement (you provide the stairs,when you can afford too!) ;D ~Lot size-20x30 ~Lot price-$1,200. ~Furnished-$19,698. ~Un-furnished-$17,507. ~Suitable for a family of two adults & teen! ~CC- The cheap backless shower-at MTS- www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=394883The double bed & chest of draws from 'Simslice' (mesh included) www.box.net/shared/cz7713m20m~Slideshow!  ~POINTBLANK!~ www.box.net/shared/85gn7g6r9a~STONEMASON!~ www.box.net/shared/c27r706isa~WAVES~  www.mediafire.com/file/e75qj3uve33lpo4/Waves-%202br%2C%202ba.Sims3Pack** Two bedroom & two bathroom,with two places to park!Located originally in Bridgeport! I have not forgotten, it has been uploading at Boxnet since 2.00am this morning & I am getting very feed-up, not to mention tired (it is now 5.15am!) I hate their upload system, it keeps going back to zero, & wipes out all the download progress, which in turn is wasting my download points. EDIT: I was uploading via the 'Drag & Drop' window which has always been so fast for me, so I canceled, & just uploaded from my files, DONE in a few seconds!now I need a nap before uploading the others! ![]()

Well there is something wrong then, because I use boxnet all the time and it's uploads quite quickly. Maybe the basement is adding a little too much and you need mega upload instead. I would not wait longer then a couple of hours for anything to upload!
The house is very cute!

Oh man, sorry for your troubles Karima. Get yourself some rest, Woman! Hey Jo, I never have any problems uploading to box.net either. I think it was because of the way she was uploading. I dont' even know what she meant by that..lol. I always just hit the upload or browse button and pick the file I want to upload. |

Jill, I use the Shades of Grey starter in my game all the time. It's perfect for a couple starting out. Wonder why Karima didn't put up links to her other houses. She did up Jackie's house in Krisis, and I loved how that remodeling turned out  |
