I did that in the lot i made for this challenge. But now everybody is: Jo Sawyer Jillyson Sawyer Tina Sawyer (teehee, the irony) and whatnot. LOL! Well, Sawyer, you can't REALLY do this challenge until I've posted the rules and then it is required that you download the lot I built. Oh and I have found that the women do not flirt with each other. My sim and Lynda's sim, who are both flirty, have told flirtatious jokes, etc with Sawyer, but not with the females. They each have gotten the want to kiss Sawyer for the first time as well. Of course I deleted those wants...lol You read mine too, Karima? I'm glad you liked it, but you didn't comment in my thread. *sniff* lol I know that, but I'm just going by the rules I understand from your guys's pic spam. And I just made the lot, I'm not really playing it.

Ah, I see...lol Just wait until you see this big ol' stack of rules I've made up. I even impressed with myself bit that I could even come up with such an elaborate scheme. I racked my brain trying to come of with an exclusive DD challenge for TS2, but I just couldn't wrap my mind around the thing. Maybe if I'd tried before it had so many expansions to go along with it. Hey Jo, did you ever check to see if my simself has the klepto trait? I just can't figure out why she'd swipe something if she doesn't.

*cowers in corner* Your simself probably doesn't have Klepto, it's just that firepit, it can be 'put away'. Sims like to do that for some reason. Play the goth house for three seconds, you'll know what i'm talking about. Cornelia always wants to put away that stupid thing. *sigh*

Well maybe that's it then, although you kind of had a strange smile when you did it though, but you didn't look around or anything. Maybe if you were 'stealing' you would look around first?
Trouble is flirting uses a command. I seem to be using an awful lot of commands to nap and shower. So I haven't set anyone's gender preference at all.

LOL! I am having trouble using all my commands before the new day starts sometimes! A couple of times, I ran out of commands and had to leave them on freewill for a two or three hours before I could tell them what to do again. I think that happened when I had Sawyer collect a bunch of rocks. It's okay to let them be on freewill a bit. As a matter of fact, I have learned to not tell them to nap that first time. They will go and nap on their own. Also, if you don't have anything special for a sim to do the next day, don't worry about it so much if the fool doesn't sleep. If there's a piece of friut in their inventories, then you don't have to tell them to eat. The main thing to concentrate on first is the fishing, so that the cook can cook on community lots, and the handyman in the hope that something will break and they can get that first mechanical skill point so they can tinker to get more. Be sure to click on the toilet stalls to see if any of those are clogged, etc. It's not as obvious when the toliet clogs as when the sink breaks...lol You know how I was worried about those opportunities? Well, now those suckers are coming in left and right! You do know you can look to see what her traits are, don't you? Just click the first tab to the right where it shows all their needs, etc.

Some of them are basically off on freewill. I haven't even told sawyer to hardly do a thing. I'm concentrating mainly on the gardener, fisherman and thinker. Then somewhat on the writer and charisma, (I gained the second point without being told to as the friendly trait makes me talk anyway) a tiny bit on the handy person and basically not at all on the collector (haven't told Sawyer to pick up a thing, although if I actually saw a rock in the parks I would. ) Oh yeah and not on you as cook as you can't do anything. But everyone seems to be so tired, hungry and stinky now, so showers and naps have been featured a lot. Then with Holley who I sent to fish at those fishing ponds I thought I better get her needs up so I gave her a whole slue of commands before setting her off to fish.

As you will see in my next segment of my mini-story, I took everyone to the fish hatchery for the day (after I was able to cook), and let everyone fish for a while. Now, I have them, especially Sawyer, fishing autonomously in the pond, when no one would do that before. That's cool because it's a fun thing for them to do. As far as charisma goes, I never once told Mae to talk to anyone, because sims naturally talk to each other anyway. She had those Charimsa skill points pretty quickly. All that does is let you be able to actually go and vist the neighbors' houses. The very MAIN two things is to try to get those handiness skill points up, so that Sawyer can collect rocks and sell them before you run out of money to pay the bills. You really NEED to use that cheat to get rid of the extra cash because you aren't really playing this challenge if you have an extra several thousand dollars lying around! I'm actually finding this thing pretty darned easy, aside from all the tiredness and stinkiness...lol. It doesn't kill sims to be tired and stinky though. The hardest part for me is actually keeping up with the number of commands I'm using..lol. I'm getting used that, though. I told you in the mod thread where to find a bunch of rocks. There are also a couple near the cemetery.

I did look over stone henge one time and didn't see any, but I have heard it takes the game awhile to produce them, so maybe it was too soon.

I found them not too far from that park where I stole the fire pit in your game. If you look around there a bit, you will find a food seeds too. I found all sorts of seeds and now you are able to plant the rare and uncommon ones in my game. You have a heck of a garden growing now! Jill has now completed her first novel and that brought in a good amount of cash. She got an opportunity to start making five hundred dollars a week in royalties and then she'll get higher royalities from then on. I currently have her working on her second novel.

As for collecting rocks take Sawyer to the old mine it always has tones of rocks lying around, & regenerates each day!

Oh yeah... I told Jo about that mine in another thread. It is really cool! Thanks Karima! I didn't know it regenerates every day. ;D Now, if only I'm able to find it again!

I do that stuff in the mirror in my practice challenge, too! I find my simself in the bathroom mirror doing the "gussy up" action, and it gives her like a 10 hr mood boost. lol! And I'm always thinking about the heart. I've had sims take the fire pit too, but I haven't come across one in this challenge yet. But yes, it's an EA glitch. I've seen others complain about it too.

Cool! That'll be the next place I send them. Maybe it'll inspire Sawyer to finally snatch something!
