What I don't get is why make the scenery and everything else so realistic and the sims more like cartoon characters.  I still think it would be a fun game, but I don't think I would ever think of it as a replacement for 'sims 2. I can't see how you could make say a serious story with them at all. |

Usually when people make a new game or something it's supposed to be better like sims 2 was to sims 1. But I guess eventually we'll get used to TS3

Well, technically everything is better, better more realistic scenery & textures,BUT! WTF! the playdoh people? that would not even be fit for a cartoon!

I haven't been to Riverview yet to see Don. I've only played Sunset Valley, so I could see the Goths & Crumplebottom. I heard the Newbies from Sims 1 are there, too.

 Holley, Don is in the downloadable hood, not the actual hood that comes with the game. Most of the EAxis sims are horrible, but I have learned it's possible to make a decent sim if you work at it a bit.

mine sim girl isnt tghat bad. she married a maxismade sim but their daughter is adorable ( the guy she married is cyclone sword written with numbers but don't remember which ones LOL)

Did you make a simself yet, Mae? I made one and put a pic of her up in the sims 3 forum. I did it so I could use her as an avatar on the sims 3 site. I couldn't stand those default ones...lol

nope didnt do one yet but tomorrow evening I'll take some time to work on my simself now I have to work on school projects ... :s but I agree the default avatars sucks!!  |
